Academic Risk Management provides quality dental benefits through partnerships with
reputable providers. These companies go through an extensive credentialing
process to ensure that our clients are receiving the highest quality care for a
reasonable price. Our providers link with expansive networks to maintain accessibility nationwide.
Everyone is eligible, however, dependents must meet dependent status (children up to 19
and full-time students up to 23 are eligible dependents). Monthly premiums and copayments
are extremely affordable.
Vision Care is included with our dental program. Below is a brief listing of the plan highlights:

| Orthodontics included for children and adults |
| Cosmetic dentistry included |
| No limitations, deductibles maximums waiting periods or claims to file |
| All pre-existing conditions are covered |
| All specialties included-Endodontics, Oral Surgery, Orthodontics, Pedodontics, Periodontics and Prosthodontics- A 20% reduction on usual and customary fees where available |
| All dentists must meet highly selective credentialing standards based on education, background, license standing and other requirements |
| Members may visit any participating dentist on the plan and change providers at any time |
| 30 day risk-free trial period |
